It's now officially a cardigan. Now it's time to pick up the sides and edges, put on a buttonband, and do the neck band, and it's ready to wear. I will finish this part up tonight on my way to Illinois, and just steam block it tonight, cause I'm wearing it tomorrow. Yeah! :)

I had to hold my breath until I saw that all was good. Looks great. Please take a pic with it so we can admire it! I have to try making one in the round too, but the fear of cutting it scares the living daylights out of me.
Thanks Rosa, it's really easy. I was terrified to cut when I first started to also, but then you just get used to doing it.
I have never seen a "live-action shot" of cardigan cutting. Having viewed your excellent pictures I think that I have a new project to add to my list.
By the way, you do great work!
I'm drooling over this sweater . . . care to join the pattern with us? I can probably figure this out . . . did you use the EZ percentage system?
Yes, I did! But, at the yoke of the sweater I went back and forth for about 2 inches! I will send the sketchy notes that I made, and if you need any help figuring it out, just let me know by email and I'll send you my phone number.
