Yesterday I dyed two colors for a new fair isle using mostly traditional natural colored wool, with close natural dyes that were used when fair isles were first knit and there weren't commercial dyes. I however did not have indigo to dye this blue, so I pretended that it was and dyed this shetland fiber this gorgeous blueish/green....
