Here is a quick view of the dyeing I did today. Don't look at the pink tile! I hate it, but it'l have to wait until the basement and various other jobs are done. But back to the subject, I used natural sheep gray for the 2 darker colors. And an alpaca blend for the bright one in the front. I like the dark colors. I'm also dyeing Blue Faced Leicster now, and superwash merino, and merino/silk blend. I'm spinning the merino and silk right now. I LOVE IT!
Here are the kids. Of course, Tyler (my nephew, who is back with us, and his brother Trayton on the far right) are huge! Well, George (far left) is getting to be a big guy himself. Of course poor Katie is by her lonesome being the only girl. And Luke is in the middle (as usual). :)
Oh, my red wall finally got painted, now I'm waiting for that long hallway there to get done. And then the family room is next! Yeah
